At CES 2024, we will get a first peek at the new lineup.
LG has just revealed new laptops that are part of its gramme line as part of an early showing at the Consumer Electronics Show in 2024. Among these are two brand-new LG Gramme Pro laptops as well as normal updates to the gramme range that was not previously available.
Featuring an Intel Core Ultra processor and a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics processing unit (GPU), the LG Gramme Pro boasts outstanding specifications. Additionally, the AI Boost technology from Intel is included with these machines. It is stated by LG that this upgrade makes it possible for the laptop to “handle AI workloads even without a network connection.”
In addition, this artificial intelligence nonsense extends to the company’s proprietary Link software, which can now automatically transfer files and photographs from one device to another. Lastly, this is the first laptop in the gramme size range to come equipped with a dual-fan cooling system. This will assist prevent excessive heat from being generated by AI technologies, which are notoriously power-hungry. Here, you have the option of selecting either a 16-inch or a 17-inch model.
The LG Gramme Pro 2-in-1 has specifications that are comparable to those of the normal Pro, but it has a convertible form factor and a 16-inch OLED display that is universally compatible with all users. Among its features are a touchscreen, a hinge that can be adjusted in 360 degrees, and a “super-slim bezel design.” The AI Boost technology from Intel and the Link app from LG are both included in this hybrid laptop. It weighs approximately three pounds, and the business boasts that it recently won the Guiness World Record for “lightest 16-inch 2-in-1 laptop.” In addition, it is lightweight. Oh my goodness. These records are certainly becoming more specific as time goes on.
New revisions of the LG Gramme 17, 16, 15, and 14 models are also being introduced as part of the conventional LG Gramme range, which is also receiving a good revamp. All of these come equipped with Intel Core Ultra processors and IPS displays that have an anti-glare coating integrated into them. Displays with a resolution of WQXGA are included on the 17 and 16 models, while displays with a resolution of FHD or WUXGA are featured on the smaller SKUs. Webcams with full high definition (FHD) and a “variety of user-friendly software” are included in these laptops because they are designed to be used for routine business and school purposes. Additionally, they feature the same Mirametrix privacy technology as were found in earlier generations.
If you happen to be in Las Vegas in two weeks, you will be able to see all of these laptops available for purchase as part of LG’s participation at the Consumer Electronics Show 2024. Despite the fact that the company has not yet disclosed the prices or availability of the products, they have said that they would be available for purchase at some time during the year 2024.
