The executive producer is Will Ferrell, although there has been no announcement made regarding the cast or the authors as of yet.
Amazon is now in the process of producing a live-action adaptation of the book Totally Spies. Will Ferrell is the executive producer of the live-action series that is based on the successful animated series that was produced in the 2000s by Banijay Kids, which was formerly known as Marathon Media. This information comes from a report that was published and distributed by Variety.
A live-action version At the same time as Sam, Clover, and Alex are attempting to save the world as international spies working for the agency WOOHP, they are also attempting to reconcile their academic and social lives as first-year college students. Totally Spies will follow their journey. To this day, there are no actors who have been cast in the roles of any of the iconic girls, nor are there any writers linked to the project.
As previously mentioned, the first version of Totally Spies was conceived of and developed by Vincent Chalvon-Demersay and David Michel. The plot centered on three adolescent girls from Beverly Hills, California, who were recruited by the World Organization of High-Performance Police (WOOHP) to solve more serious crimes that occur all over the world. They are armed with spy gear that is disguised as women’s accessories, such as lipstick, high-heeled shoes, and hair dryers from the fashion industry. Like an animated version of Charlie’s Angels, with the exception that the girls really get to meet their boss in person.
More than 180 episodes of the series have been shown since it first debuted in 2002. Additionally, the series has given rise to a prequel film and a spin-off show called The Amazing Spiez. After a hiatus of over ten years, the seventh season of Totally Spies made its debut in France approximately one month ago. In the United States, the show will be broadcast on Cartoon Network and Max later this year.
